Aloura Life — Refund Policy

Digital products

Most Aloura Life products are digital programmes, workbooks, journals and downloadable resources. They are supplied by download or by access to digital files after purchase.

Before downloading

When you purchase digital content, you may have a cancellation right under applicable consumer law. If you ask for immediate access to the digital content and expressly agree that access begins during the cancellation period, you may lose the right to cancel once the digital content has been supplied or downloading or access has begun, where applicable law allows this.

If you have not started downloading or accessing the digital content, contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. We will review the request in line with applicable law.

Faulty, incomplete or misdescribed digital content

If a digital product is faulty, incomplete, does not match its description, or is not reasonably fit for its intended purpose, please contact us. We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacing the affected files, providing a corrected download, or issuing a refund where required by applicable law.

Please tell us:

• Your name and the email address used for the order
• Your order number
• The product affected
• A brief description of the problem, including screenshots or error messages where helpful

Duplicate purchases or accidental orders

If you have purchased the same digital product more than once, or you believe an order was placed accidentally, contact us promptly at hello@alouralife.com. We will review the circumstances and respond in line with applicable law and the status of the digital content.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, repair, replacement, cancellation or another remedy, that right continues to apply.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
