Welcome to Aloura Life. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, your purchases from our store, and your use of our digital products. Please read them carefully. By using our website, placing an order, or downloading any digital product, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Aloura Life is a women's wellbeing brand offering digital programmes, journals and resources designed by a qualified personal trainer and makeup artist built around four pillars: Strong Body • Calm Mind • Radiant You • Confidence & Self-Belief.

2. Using our website

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not misuse the website: no attempts to disrupt, hack, scrape, or interfere with it; no uploading of harmful content; no impersonation.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time, without liability.

3. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account.
You must provide accurate information when you order. Please tell us promptly if your details change.

4. Orders & purchases

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise and include VAT where applicable.
When you place an order, we will send a confirmation by email. A contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm it.
We may refuse or cancel an order in limited circumstances (for example, if payment fails or an error has occurred).
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

5. Digital products & your licence

Our products (the 12-Week Programme, 90-Day Journal, Strong Body workbooks, Nutrition Plans, Radiant You Beauty Academy and Calm Mind & Confidence Programme together, the "Digital Products") are delivered as instant digital downloads.

When you purchase a Digital Product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may:

Download and store it on your own devices
Print it for your own use
Complete, fill in and write on it

You may not, without our written permission:

Resell, share, give away, rent or lend any Digital Product
Upload or distribute any Digital Product anywhere online
Reproduce or adapt any part of a Digital Product for commercial use
Use any Digital Product to train or develop AI models or tools
Remove our branding or claim the products as your own

The Digital Products are licensed to you as an individual. For group use (classes, clubs), please contact us about a group licence.

6. Intellectual property

All content on our website and in our Digital Products text, illustrations, diagrams, logos, designs, structure and branding is owned by or licensed to Aloura Life and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. "Aloura Life", "Strong Body • Calm Mind • Radiant You" and our logo are our brand assets and may not be used without our written permission.

7. Returns, refunds & cancellation

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. For digital content, this right ends once you have consented to immediate supply and downloaded the product. By completing your purchase and downloading, you agree to receive the product immediately and lose the right to cancel or refund for that product.

If a Digital Product is faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you.

8. Health & wellbeing disclaimer

Our Digital Products provide general guidance only and are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, skincare or nutritional advice. Please consult a qualified health care professional before starting any new exercise, wellbeing, skincare or nutrition routine, or making changes to your habits especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication (including anxiety or depression medication), have a history of an eating disorder, or have any concerns.

Our products are not medical, therapeutic or crisis services, and we do not promise specific results. If you are in distress, please contact your GP, NHS 111 (UK), or a crisis service such as Samaritans (116 123).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aloura Life shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage or claim arising from your use of, or reliance on, our website or Digital Products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

10. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party websites (for example, recommended books, podcasts or apps). We are not responsible for their content, and linking does not mean we endorse them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published here, with the "last updated" date shown. Continued use of the website or products after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
